Introduction:

Dr. Tushar Gahlaut is an academician, presently working as Assistant Professor  at IILM University Gurugram. He is a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, specializing in operations, supply chain management, and business analytics. Involved in curriculum development, academic administration, and research initiatives including establishing a research and analytics lab. Published researcher with work focused on electric mobility and sustainable systems.

PROJECT

• Co-innovation in Electric Vehicle (EV) sector in India: Cross-sectoral and collaborative research between India and Japan for low-carbon transition. It was a joint research project under Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). In the project I was responsible for carrying research on enhancing EV adoption in India and circular economy practices for lithium-ion batteries in India. I carried both quantitative and qualitative research during the project.
