Introduction:

Dr. Tusharika Mahna is currently working as a Senior Research Associate at IILM University, Gurugram. She has recently defended her Ph.D. in Finance to the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Her research contributions include three publications in reputed ABDC-listed journals, derived from her doctoral work. She has also been actively engaged in research projects with SAMRIDDH and USAID. In addition, she has presented her work at several national and international conferences, contributing to scholarly discussions and broadening her academic perspectives.
