Mr. Indu Nath Jha is an academician and researcher in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, currently serving as Faculty Associate at IILM University, Gurugram. He completed his doctoral research (thesis submitted) at the Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur, where his work focused on workplace inclusivity, employee well-being, leadership, and workplace safety. His research interests encompass workplace inclusion, workplace safety, employee happiness, green HRM, and HR in Industry 5.0. He has published research papers in ABDC & Scopus-indexed journals, authored book chapters, and presented his work at several national and international conferences. His research has been recognised with the Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Paper (2025). He is proficient in advanced research methodologies and analytical tools, including SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, R, NVivo, and bibliometric analysis, and is committed to producing rigorous, practice-oriented research that contributes to both academia and industry.
