Introduction
Mr. Vikrant Giri is currently working as a Faculty Associate at IILM University, Gurugram. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His research contributions include three publications in reputed ABDC-listed journals, derived from her doctoral work. He has also been actively engaged in reviewing for reputed journals. In addition, he has presented his work at several national and international conferences, contributing to scholarly discussions and broadening her academic perspectives.
