This course is aimed at students who are ambitious and curious to gain the knowledge and skills required for business success as well as leadership, problem-solving, entrepreneurial and technology skills. It suits students with an attitude towards experiential learning, industry exposure and collaborative learning, along with continuous self-development. The programme might not be appropriate for students seeking only a traditional classroom-based management education.
A ₹1 lakh learning wallet supports certifications, global exposure, skill development, and other personalised learning opportunities.
The Centre for Purpose develops self-awareness, leadership, responsible citizenship, and a clear sense of personal and professional purpose.
Students develop entrepreneurial ideas through the incubation ecosystem, mentorship, innovation activities, and startup support.
Students explore opportunities beyond the classroom — live projects, C-Suite projects, research papers, social enterprises, or building a venture.
International opportunities and corporate collaborations connect students with diverse perspectives and real-world business challenges.
AI is integrated into the programme through AI-enabled learning, business analytics and practical applications rather than as a standalone subject. Students are introduced to AI tools for research, data analysis, content generation, presentations and business decision-making through classroom activities and projects. Use of tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot is encouraged for selected assignments and projects, subject to faculty guidance — it is not a compulsory requirement. Students may also work with AI-generated business scenarios, datasets and case-based projects where relevant to their courses.
