Dr. Meenu Singh is a seasoned academician with a varied experience of more than 24 years in teaching, research and administration. She completed her Ph. D in the year 2003. Dr Singh began her career as Senior Research fellow in the year 1999 from G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. In the year 2003, she joined Mangalmay Institute of Management and Technology (MIMT), Greater Noida as Lecturer. Later, in the year 2005 she joined IILM College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida.

Currently, she is working as Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, IILM University, Greater Noida. During her professional journey, Dr Singh had privilege to be associated with various renowned organizations like IARI New Delhi, South Campus New Delhi, National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Oncology, Noida and Dabur India Pvt Ltd. Dr Singh had been conferred with National scholarship award from Government of India for securing top rank in University merit list.

Dr Singh has also been recipient of prestigious ICAR fellowship and worked as Senior research fellow under the ICAR funded project. She also has 3 patents in her credit. She is also a proud Co-convener of Board of studies at Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

She had also received travel grant from (Department of Science & Technology), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India to present her research paper in Germany.
Dr Singh is the proud author of several reputed research papers in National and International journals and presented various research papers in India and abroad in international Conferences in Germany, Thailand and Australia. She has attended more than 50 National and International Conferences, Workshops, FDPs, delivered guest lectures in various organizations and published articles in Magazines.

Keeping her journey to contribute in the areas of Research and collaboration, she has been associated with various organizations like Indian Agriculture Research Institute (IARI) New Delhi, Advanced Genomics Institute and Laboratory Medicines (AGILE) New Delhi, King George Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) Lucknow.

She is approved supervisor of Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow in the field of Biotechnology. Currently, number of students are pursuing their PhD programme under her guidance. She has also been the Reviewer of various research papers and PhD thesis.

Dr Singh has completed three projects funded by Council of Science and Technology, Uttar Pradesh and one project funded by Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow under the Collaborative research promotion scheme.

She has also been recipient of various seminar grants, travel grants, conference grants, FDP and project grants from AKTU, DST, AICTE and UPCST. Dr Singh has widely contributed towards Institution building and performed leadership roles in NBA and NAAC accreditations and academic administration.

She is the member of i-Xplore International Research Journal Consortium. She is life member of Society of Plant Reproductive Biology. She is also a Research Mentor for VSRD International Journals. She is a proud member of Board of Editors of Research and Review: A Journal of Biotechnology. She has been accorded as Mentor in Smart India Hackathon jointly organized by AICTE and MHRD Government of India. Dr Singh is also felicitated by Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, Uttar Pradesh for her contribution in the field of education.
