Dr. Sushma Singh is a distinguished academician and legal professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, and litigation. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from M.D.U. Rohtak, with her research focusing on the protection of traditional knowledge under intellectual property laws. Prior to joining IILM University, she served as an Associate Professor at Sharda University. She is also a certified mediator, having received formal training under the aegis of the Supreme Court of India.
Her academic and professional interests lie in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights, Law of Contract, Drafting & Pleading, and Professional Ethics. Dr. Singh has published numerous research papers in reputed SCOPUS-indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals. She is the author of three books and has contributed to four edited volumes.
Deeply committed to the advancement of legal education, Dr. Singh actively participates in faculty development programs, delivers expert lectures, and regularly engages in national and international conferences.
