Appointment of Vice-Chancellor

Vice-Chancellor Search-cum-Selection Committee Invites Applications

In accordance with the provisions of Section 17 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006 and the UGC Regulations, 2018 (as amended from time to time), the Vice-Chancellor Search-cum-Selection Committee of IILM University, Gurugram hereby invites applications for appointment to the post of Vice-Chancellor.

Eligibility Criteria

•  – Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as Professor in a University system
  OR
  10 years’ experience in an equivalent position in a reputed academic, research, or academic administrative organization.

•  – Distinguished record of academic leadership, research, and higher-education administration.
•  – Age as per UGC Regulation as on the last date of application.

Tenure and Conditions

The tenure, pay, and conditions of service shall be governed by the UGC Regulations, University Statutes, and applicable provisions of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006.

Mode of Appointment

The appointment shall be made by the Chancellor of the University from a panel of names recommended by the duly constituted Vice-Chancellor Search-cum-Selection Committee, as per statutory provisions.
