The Department of Liberal Arts at IILM University cultivates a vibrant research culture supported by diverse academic forums that nurture dialogue, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary engagement. The Research Colloquium serves as a collaborative platform where faculty present ongoing interdisciplinary research, exchange feedback, and refine scholarship through collective academic conversation. The PhilCom (Philosophy Community), our student–faculty philosophy collective, organizes discussions, public lectures, and a signature Dialectic Series that explores contemporary philosophical questions related to ethics, aesthetics, politics, and lived experience through rigorous debate and reflective dialogue. The Globe Club is a student led initiative which hosts events and talks/seminars of global significance building global communications and networks.
