Dr. Deepa Diddi is a senior academician with over three decades of rich experience in teaching, academic delivery, and student mentoring across leading universities and institutions in India. Her core academic expertise spans Business Communication, English Literature, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, and Soft Skills Development. She is currently associated with IILM University, Greater Noida where she has joined as an Associate Professor in the School of Management. Previously, she has been affiliated with prestigious institutions such as IBS-G, NMIMS, University of Delhi, Manav Rachna International University, and Lovely Professional University, making a sustained impact through her learner-centric and practice-oriented pedagogy.

Dr. Diddi holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in English Literature from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and an M.A. in English Literature from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, where she was awarded the Gold Medal. She completed her B.A. from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.
