Dr. Dhiraj Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at IILM University, Greater Noida (UP). He has completed his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in the area of quantum optics. He also worked as a post-doctoral fellow (RJP-PDF) at the Department of Physics, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, from 2024 to 2025. He has qualified for CSIR-NET (2018) and GATE (2016, 2019) in physics.
Dr. Dhiraj Yadav is a researcher in quantum optics with expertise in quantum interferometry and quantum information. His work focuses on the generation and characterization of non-classical states of light, including squeezed, cat-like, and non-Gaussian states, for applications in quantum-enhanced metrology. He has extensively studied Mach–Zehnder interferometry to achieve phase sensitivity beyond classical limits. His research also explores quantum communication protocols, entanglement-based systems, and quantum teleportation. With strong analytical and computational skills, he contributes to advancing quantum technologies and precision measurement techniques through innovative theoretical modeling and research. He has published several research papers in reputed international journals and actively contributes to advancing quantum technologies.
He currently teaches engineering physics at the undergraduate level in the Department of Physics at IILM University.
