Dr. Mani Jindal is an Associate Professor associated with the School of Management, IILM University, Greater Noida. She has around 12 years of total academic experience in various public and private sector universities. She previously worked with Christ University Deemed to be University Delhi NCR.

She has completed her MBA and received her PhD degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra based on her doctoral thesis titled “Investors Rationality and IPO Pricing: An Empirical Investigation”. Her area of interest is Finance and Marketing. Her research interests lie in the area of stock market investment and derivatives investments, ranging from theory to investment of money. She has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of business management, particularly in entrepreneurship development. her teaching interests include Security and Portfolio Analysis, Financial Derivatives, Financial Markets and Institutions, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Financial Accounting and Management likewise.
She is a truly dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and holistic development of every student in the class. She efficiently guided UG and PG students through their project work. She has published her research in several Scopus, UGC, Web of Science, and in other referred journals. She has won the Best Paper Award for his research at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

She has also been associated with memberships on various platforms. She has presented several papers roughly 20 manuscripts at national and international conferences in different institutions. She has taken many invited sessions and technical session chair at conferences across India in different universities.

Dr Mani lives with her partner, an IT developer, and her five-year-old daughter, born in September 2018. Proud to become a caring mother. She enjoys traveling and is passionate about cuisines.
