Dr Manmeet Kaur is an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Communications, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, IILM University Greater Noida. She Graduated from Panjab University Chandigarh and holds a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She completed her PhD in film studies, titled “Indian Cinema and its Audiences,” from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. From July 2016 to July 2024, she worked as an Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at Delhi Metropolitan Education, which is affiliated with GGSIPU. She has also worked as an assistant professor at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies. She has also worked with Yellow Pages getitinfomedia and served as a content writer and editor for several portals. She has been part of various national universities as an external examiner. She has written various Scopus, UGC CARE, peer to peer-reviewed research papers for National and International journals. She had also been part of the Jury for the media fest in various media colleges. She is a member of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) and the Global Media Education Council (GMEC). She has a keen research interest and has explored areas in film studies, communication studies, advertising, and Digital Media.
