Dr. Manmeet Kaur is an Associate Professor and Program Chair in the Department of Communication, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, IILM University, Greater Noida. She is a Graduate of Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has completed her PhD in film studies from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. 

She worked with Delhi Metropolitan Education Affiliated with GGSIPU from July 2016 to July 2024. She worked as an Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at DME. She has worked with Trinity Institute of Professional Studies as an Assistant Professor. She has also worked with Yellow Pages getitinfomedia, and served as a content writer and editor for several portals. She has been associated with universities as an external examiner for dissertations and PhD Vivas. She has written Scopus, UGC CARE, and peer-reviewed research papers for National and International journals. She had also been part of the Jury members for the media fest in various media colleges. She is a member of the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR) and the Global Media Education Council (GMEC). She has a keen research interest and has explored areas in film studies, communication studies, advertising, and digital Media.

Appropriate words to describe Manmeet are perseverance, sincerity, and punctuality. “If there is no pain, there is no gain. If you want to achieve something in life, you need to put your sincere efforts to accomplish your goals”.
