Dr. Parminder Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at IILM University, Greater Noida. He completed his Ph.D. in Physics from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala in 2024, where his research focused on the synthesis and characterization of BNT-based magnetoelectric composites. Prior to this, he earned his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Dr. Singh has accumulated over seven years of research experience and has made significant contributions to the field of multiferroic and nanostructured materials. His research interests include ferroelectric, piezoelectric, ferromagnetic, and magnetoelectric materials, with an emphasis on developing environmentally friendly materials for energy harvesting applications. He has authored more than 15 research publications in reputed international journals with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 56 and an h-index of 6. His work involves advanced synthesis techniques such as sol-gel and solid-state methods, along with extensive characterization using XRD, FESEM, Raman spectroscopy, and electrical and magnetic measurement techniques.
