Corporate Readiness Programme (CRP)
The CRP is an externally driven programme designed to prepare students for placements. Delivered in collaboration with Board Infinity and Career Carve, it runs from Semester 1 to Semester 4 and carries 6 credits. The CRP includes: Phase 1: Aptitude, communication, and soft skills training. Phase 2: AI-driven CV building, profile mapping, functional boot camps, and skill enhancement workshops. Phase 3: Mock Group Discussions, Personal Interview training, and role-specific clarity sessions by industry experts. Training (beyond Phase 1) is led by experts from top recruiting companies, offering targeted insights into placement expectations and specific roles.
