A campus placement drive was organised on 10th February 2026 at IILM Gurugram Campus by SuperrApp — an emerging digital platform focused on providing integrated services through a single application — for the MBA 2026 batch, with 30 students participating and 2 students successfully selected, providing both a concrete placement outcome and a broad competitive recruitment experience for the cohort.
The visit was led by Vivek Mahrishi, Co-founder & CEO of SuperrApp, as part of a team of three company representatives — a notable highlight that provided students with direct access to a founding-level technology entrepreneur, offering rare insight into the leadership philosophy, organisational culture, and vision of an emerging digital startup.
The selection process followed the standard three-stage corporate recruitment format — Pre-Placement Talk (PPT), Group Discussion (GD), and HR/Personal Interview — ensuring that the 30 participating students were evaluated comprehensively across dimensions of organisational awareness, communication and analytical skills, collaborative ability, and individual professional suitability.
SuperrApp’s positioning as an emerging integrated digital platform represents a growing category of technology-driven business in the Indian startup ecosystem, providing students with exposure to a dynamic and fast-evolving sector where roles in customer engagement, operations, and business development are increasingly prominent career pathways for MBA graduates.
The drive demonstrated the CECS function’s commitment to broadening the range of recruiting organisations to include emerging digital ventures alongside established corporates — providing MBA students with diverse industry exposure and expanding their awareness of career opportunities across both established and growth-stage business environments.
Thirty MBA 2026 batch students gained direct exposure to a structured corporate recruitment process conducted by an emerging digital platform, developing practical experience in navigating the PPT-GD-HR sequence while simultaneously exploring career opportunities in the growing integrated digital services sector.
The presence of Vivek Mahrishi, Co-founder & CEO of SuperrApp, provided students with a unique opportunity to engage with a founding entrepreneur at the forefront of India’s digital startup ecosystem — offering firsthand insight into the leadership perspective, organisational values, and growth ambitions of an early-stage digital venture.
The Group Discussion round offered students a competitive, evaluated environment in which to demonstrate communication clarity, analytical reasoning, and team collaboration — skills that are particularly valued in roles within dynamic, fast-paced startup organisations where cross-functional collaboration and adaptability are essential.
Two students achieving successful selection through the drive provided the cohort with a tangible and motivating outcome, while the broader participation of 30 students ensured that the majority gained meaningful practice in professional recruitment processes regardless of selection results — building competitive readiness for future placement opportunities.
Exposure to SuperrApp as an emerging integrated digital platform broadened students’ understanding of the startup and technology sector as a viable and attractive career destination, complementing their awareness of more conventional MBA placement tracks and encouraging a more diverse and entrepreneurially informed approach to career planning.
