Dr. Rastogi holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, and an MCA from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. He earned his Ph.D. from Galgotias University, where his innovative research in image processing and deep learning significantly enhanced predictive models for brain tumor survival.
