
Assistant Professor
Ms. Neha Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at IILM University, Greater Noida. She is a computational biology researcher with specialization in protein modeling, RNA–protein interaction prediction, and bioinformatics, with expertise in deep learning and transformer-based embeddings.
She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University in collaboration with International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. She also holds an M.Tech in Bioinformatics.
Her research work lies at the intersection of structural biology, artificial intelligence, and molecular dynamics simulations, focusing on addressing emerging challenges in functional genomics and therapeutic discovery. She has contributed to several research publications in reputed Springer and IEEE conferences and journals.
Ms. Kumari is also a recipient of the DTU Research Excellence Award (2024) in recognition of her academic and research contributions.
