Dr. Tosendra Dwivedi is a distinguished academic and psychologist with over 19 year of experience in teaching, research, and training in the fields of mental health, well-being, applied psychology, and personality development. He currently serves as a Professor of Psychology at IILM University, where he teaches subjects including Social Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Neuropsychology, and Organizational Behavior.

His academic journey began with a Master’s and PhD in Psychology from the University of Delhi, where his doctoral research focused on “Power Dynamics among Youth: A Psychosocial Study”. Dr. Dwivedi has taught at several prominent institutions, including the University of Delhi, IGNOU, Galgotias University, Amity University, Jain University, CMR University and Alliance University, Bangaluru, instructing at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.

Beyond academia, Dr. Dwivedi has made significant contributions as a trainer and consultant, conducting workshops and training programs for government officers, corporate leaders, and NGOs, including work with the Election Commission of India, ONGC, Power Finance Corporation, and paramilitary forces. He is also recognized for training civil services aspirants and officers.

Dr. Dwivedi is a prolific researcher and author, with more than 40 international papers and 11 books in psychology to his credit. His research interests span social, clinical, cross-cultural, and cognitive psychology, as well as personality development. He has participated in interdisciplinary research projects, served on editorial boards, and contributed to the development of psychological assessment tools.

He has received numerous awards for his contributions to education and social causes, including the “Vidya Samman 2019,” “Indian Humanitarian Award 2020,” and “Outstanding Leadership” awards, among others.
