Sadiya has completed her B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating with a score of 88%. She subsequently pursued an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Goa University, where she secured a CGPA of 8.25. She is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
She has also completed a four-month course on International Justice and International Arbitration at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (University of Lisbon, Portugal) which was taught by Prof. Vasco Becker Weinberg, a former Member of the European Parliament and Prof. Patrícia Galvão Teles, a Member of the United Nations and Permanent Court of Arbitration.
Sadiya is deeply passionate about legal education, research, and academic engagement. She aspires to contribute to legal academia by fostering critical thinking, practical understanding, and ethical values among students. She envisions Alternative Dispute Resolution as a powerful tool to ensure the quick delivery of justice, reduce the pendency of cases, and strengthen the efficiency of the judicial system.
