Dr. Ritika is an Assistant Professor in Operations at IILM Greater Noida. She has also served as an Assistant Professor at International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur. She has completed her Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She has also completed her M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Her thesis was on Warehouse Performance Analysis, which has resulted in four publications in the journals of international repute. These journals comprise of Journal of Simulation, Opsearch, International Journal of Logistics Systems and Management, and International Journal of Procurement Management. Her research interests include warehouse operations, simulation, generative AI implementation in manufacturing industries, and machine learning applications. Her teaching interests include Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Statistics, Service Operations Management, and
System Dynamics Modeling. She has also presented her research work at ISDSI, IIM Raipur, SOM conference IIM Shillong and POMS Paris, France. She is a member of POMS. She has also been a peer reviewer in the journals, Journal of Simulation and Opsearch.
