Dean, School of Engineering
Dr. Pasupuleti holds a PhD and M.S. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Post-Doctorate in Transportation Engineering from IIT Madras, and a B.E. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Her research spans traffic safety, urban mobility, and transportation systems. She brings over 20 years of academic, research, and institutional leadership experience across India and the United States.
Across institutions including SRM University AP, FLAME University, and Galgotias University, she has repeatedly built international offices, building global engagement frameworks and alliances with QS Top 500 institutions, industry-linked academic programmes, and entire departments from the ground up, generating revenue, leading P & L, and established Industry Centres of Excellence with BMW, Toshiba, Samsung, and Intel. She served as University-Level NAAC Accreditation Coordinator and accreditation expert.
She has also advised EY and Cintana Education on higher education internationalisation, NEP 2020 implementation, and UGC FHEI 2023 branch-campus frameworks, and most recently led the design of a Group-wide Capability Center for the 10,000-employee Sanjay Ghodawat Group.
At IILM, she leads engineering academic strategy, industry partnerships, graduate outcome tracking, and the university’s global engagement agenda.
