
Assistant Professor
Deepanshi Arora is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Management, IILM University. She is currently pursuing her PhD from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, with her doctoral thesis submitted.
She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree from Gargi College, University of Delhi. She is a Double Gold Medalist of the University of Delhi, having received Gold Medals for both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Before entering academia, she gained professional experience with KPMG India, where she worked as an Audit Assistant. Her academic and research interests lie in the area of finance, and her research has been published in the International Review of Finance, an ABDC A-ranked journal.
Her research work has been presented at several reputed international and national academic conferences, including the Financial Management Association (FMA), Southwestern Finance Association (SWFA), European Financial Management Association (EFMA), BAR Global Inaugural Conference, and the Indian Finance Conference.
She was also selected for the CABE PhD Master Class Programme, conducted by the University of Melbourne (online) from March to November, providing an opportunity for advanced academic and research engagement. Her academic journey shows her strong interest in research and teaching, especially in the field of finance.
