Dr. Chandni Kundu Gupta is an accomplished academician and Assistant Professor with over
eight years of experience in legal education. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Lingaya’s
Vidyapeeth University, LLM From Amity University, Noida (Amity Institute of Advanced
Legal Studies) and B.A. LL.B From Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University with
academic interests in Constitutional Law, Cyber laws, Human Rights, and Alternative
Dispute Resolution. She has been actively engaged in mentoring B.A. LL.B., LL.B., and
LL.M. students in research methodology, academic writing, and scholarly publications. she
aspires to create a meaningful platform for intellectual discourse, critical inquiry, and
