Dr. Anmol Basant is a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His research focuses on well-being, mindfulness, and positive psychology at work, and he has published in journals such as Acta Psychologica, along with a book chapter with Routledge and multiple papers presented at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.Before his doctoral studies, he worked as a Product Development Engineer at Phenom People, an HR-tech and talent analytics platform, and as a Market Analyst at Futures First, trading in Brazilian fixed income and currency futures. He holds an Integrated M.Sc. in Exploration Geophysics from IIT Kharagpur and was awarded the Best Reviewer Award by the Academy of Management’s OB Division in 2025.Anmol is also a published Hindi poet and a former national-level table tennis player, having represented IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad in inter-institute tournaments.
