Prof. (Dr) Anupama Srivastava is Dean, School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, IILM University, Greater Noida. She has around 19 years of teaching and research experience. Recipient of prestigious Prof. Kali Prasad Research prize for best Ph.D. thesis, she has published number of research papers in national and international journals of repute. Her areas of specialisation are Community and Clinical Psychology. She is an expert in projective testing and trained in Dialectical Behaviour therapy. The area of her research interest are Childhood disorders, mental health of disadvantaged population, resilience and forgiveness

She is member of many professional organizations of Psychology including Indian Academy of Applied Psychology. Having worked with the renowned Nobel Laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi’s Children Foundation for developing curriculum related to child rights and child mental health, she has worked extensively in the area of child and adolescent mental health. She has guided PhD. Thesis in the areas like life skills, problematic internet use, developing mental health screening tool for perinatal disorders etc.

She has also been conducting soft skills training for organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Royal Bank of Scotland, Army personnel and several Multi National companies.
