Dr. Chandan Choubey is an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida. He has more than fourteen years of academic experience, with expertise spanning Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT) Systems, Machine Learning, Optimization Techniques and Control Systems, Digital Logic Design, and Computer Networks.

He obtained his Ph.D. in Dynamics and Control of Robotic Arms from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, in 2023, where his research focused on optimal trajectory generation and advanced control strategies for robotic arms. He was also a Silver Medallist during his M.Tech. in Robotic Control at NIT Kurukshetra.

Dr. Choubey has published extensively in SCI and SCOPUS-indexed journals, authored book chapters with internationally reputed publishers including Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Sage, ACTA, and Robotica and also presented research at leading international conferences. His scholarly contributions extend to intellectual property, with multiple patents and design registrations granted in the areas of robotics and IoT-enabled systems.

He has successfully guided several DST-funded projects and mentored several student innovations recognized at national-level competitions. In addition to research, Dr. Choubey has been actively engaged in academic administration, curriculum development, and the organization of technical workshops and conferences, thereby contributing to the advancement of both pedagogy and applied research.
