Associate Professor
Dr. Deepa Didddi is an academician, author, communication specialist, and researcher with over three decades of experience in higher education, leadership communication, soft skills training, and interdisciplinary learning. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Management, IILM University, she has taught and mentored postgraduate and undergraduate students across leading institutions in India, including Delhi University, ICFAI Business School, NMIMS Global, Manav Rachna International University, and Symbiosis, Pune. She is a Guest Faculty member at the National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur, and at its regional campus in Delhi. She holds a PhD in English Literature from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, with research focused on female consciousness in the works of Margaret Atwood, Uma Parmeswaran, and Manju Kapur. A university rank holder throughout her academic journey, Dr. Didddi has consistently integrated literary scholarship, communication studies, emotional intelligence, and human development into her teaching and research.
Over the years, she has emerged as a recognised voice in strategic communication, identity development, executive presence, emotional intelligence, and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). She currently serves as Course Leader for Indian Knowledge Systems at IILM University, where she has designed interdisciplinary curriculum and faculty learning frameworks aligned with UGC guidelines. Dr. Didddi’s recent research and academic contributions focus on communication
empowerment, AI-enabled organisational behaviour, hybrid discourse, leadership communication, and the intersection of technology with human values. In 2026, she received
the Best Paper Presenter Award for her presentation on Humanising Artificial Intelligence:The Role of Strategic Communication and Emotional Intelligence in AI-Enabled
Organisations at the 13th International Conference on Responsible Management in the Age of AI. She was also honoured with the Best Paper Award for presenting The VOICE Model of Communication Empowerment: A Developmental Spiral Framework for Identity Integration and Executive Presence.

and soft-skills facilitation, and has conducted training programmes across hospitality, telecom, education, law, and corporate sectors. Her work stands at the intersection of communication, consciousness, leadership, and social transformation: empowering learners, professionals, and emerging leaders to build authentic voice, resilience, clarity, and purpose in a rapidly evolving world
