Dr. Kalpna Sagar is an accomplished academician, researcher, and computer science professional with over 13+ years of combined teaching and industry experience. She is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at IILM University, Greater Noida. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology (HCI+ML) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and qualified UGC-NET exam in Computer Science and Applications. Her research interests include Human–Computer Interaction, Software Usability, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, IoT, and Software Engineering.

Dr. Sagar has published 25+ research papers in reputed SCI/SCIE/ESCI and Scopus-indexed journals, and international conferences. She has contributed to several innovative patents, and co-edited Wiley book Intelligent Data Analysis: From Data Gathering to Data Comprehension. She has contributed as a reviewer in various international journals, and served as a session chair in various international conferences.

She actively contributes to academic quality enhancement, Outcome-Based Education, research mentoring, and faculty development programmes. Her professional journey reflects a strong integration of teaching, research, industry experience, innovation, and academic leadership.
