Dr. Krishna Pandey is a seasoned academician, researcher, and media professional with over three decades of experience spanning journalism, teaching, research, and academic administration. Currently appointed as Professor at the School of Humanities & Social Sciences, IILM University, Greater Noida, she has previously held key academic positions at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies, Delhi Metropolitan Education, and the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi.

A Ph.D. in Crisis Communication and a UGC-NET qualified scholar, Dr. Pandey specializes in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Advertising, Media Research, Digital Communication, and Journalism Studies.
She has guided doctoral scholars, (one PhD awarded and another in the process of awarding) coordinated placements,IQAC initiatives, and contributed significantly to curriculum development and institution building.

(Have been instrumental in curriculum preparation of UG & PG courses of Media & Communication) Before entering academia, Dr Pandey has spent 12 years in journalism, rising to the position of Executive Editor and contributing to leading publications. Her research portfolio includes numerous Scopus-indexed publications, book chapters with international publishers, and studies on media, artificial intelligence, political communication, and digital publics. A passionate mentor and educator, Dr. Pandey remains committed to fostering critical thinking, ethical communication, industry-academia collaboration, and research-driven learning.
