Associate Professor
Dr. Mani Jindal is an Associate Professor at School of Management, IILM University, Greater Noida, with over 14 years of academic experience across reputed public and private universities. Prior to joining IILM University, she was associated with Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR. She holds an MBA and a PhD from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Her doctoral research, titled “Investor Rationality and IPO Pricing: An Empirical Investigation,” reflects her strong grounding in capital markets and investment behavior. She is IIM Visakhapatnam–certified in the Executive Programme in FinTech Risk Management in Banking and Financial Services (2026) and is also
NISM-certified. Additionally, she serves as an Exam Head for NISM examinations at IILM University. She has also served as a Board of Studies (BOS) member, contributing to curriculum design and academic governance and also as a PhD Thesis Examiner at Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR.
Dr. Jindal’s academic and research interests span Finance and Accounting, with a particular focus on stock market investments, derivatives, IPOs, and risk management. Her teaching portfolio includes Accounting for Managers, Financial Reporting, Security and Portfolio Analysis, Financial Derivatives, Financial Markets and Institutions, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Costing and Control Systems, Fixed Income Securities, Banking, and Risk Management. She has successfully guided both undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic projects.
A committed and student-centric educator, Dr Jindal has published in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-listed journals, as well as in books and book chapters. She is also a reviewer for Scopus-listed journals and edited book chapters, contributing to the academic peer-review process. She is the recipient of the Best Paper Award from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences. She has served as an external examiner for doctoral research work, participating in evaluation and academic deliberations as a member of the examination panel. Furthermore, she has also served as an invited speaker and technical session chair at academic conferences across India and holds memberships in various professional academic bodies.
