Dr. Manjeet Kaur Ratan is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida, with overall 23+ years of experience spanning over 17 years of academic and 7 years of industry experience as a Program Manager in an IT startup. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Applications from Mewar University.
Dr. Ratan is an accomplished researcher, academic leader, keynote speaker, session chair, and
conference organizing committee member. She has published numerous research papers in Scopus-
indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals, authored a book and two book chapters, and filed three
patents in IoT and AI-driven systems. She has also served as Examination Controller and ISO Audit
Coordinator.
During her industry tenure, she managed large-scale technology programs, project lifecycles, teams,
training frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with organizational and client objectives.
She has also contributed as a consultant and mentor, supporting strategic initiatives. A Life Member of the Computer Society of India (CSI) since 2006, she currently serves as Secretary of the CSI Ghaziabad Chapter, overseeing administration, membership, records, and professional networking.
She is also a Business Coach for the Delhi Government’s Business Blasters Program and serves on
startup incubation initiatives, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, researchers, and technology leaders.
