Dr. Neda is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida, where she is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic
development. She holds a PhD and M.Tech. from the University School of Information, Communication and Technology (USICT), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Her doctoral research focused on applying Machine Learning techniques to semiconductor device modelling. She is an AICTE Doctoral Fellowship awardee and an M.Tech. Gold Medalist. With over four years of combined teaching and research experience, her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, semiconductor devices, Intelligent Systems, and data-driven modelling. She has authored and co-authored several research papers published in SCIE-indexed and Scopus-indexed journals, along with numerous conference publications. Her research contributions have also earned Best Paper Awards at conferences, reflecting her commitment to innovation and interdisciplinary research. Dr. Neda has guided numerous undergraduate students in academic and technical projects, encouraging them to explore innovative ideas, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, and develop practical skills.
