I’m a higher education academic and institutional strategist with experience spanning academic leadership, quality assurance, accreditation, institutional rankings, research, pedagogy and executive education.

At IILM University, Greater Noida, my work focuses on strengthening the University’s institutional quality architecture and advancing its accreditation, rankings and continuous improvement agenda.

I believe that accreditation and rankings should not be treated merely as compliance or annual submission exercises. They should serve as strategic instruments for institutional improvement, accountability and excellence.

My broader academic interests lie at the intersection of management education, experiential learning, gamification, innovation in pedagogy, leadership development and the future of higher education. I am also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and Marketplace Simulations trainer, with a strong interest in designing learning experiences that move beyond conventional classroom teaching.
