Dr Sundara Pandiyan Suruli is a Professor and Head of Analytics at the School of Management, IILM University, Greater Noida. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He completed postdoctoral research at the Singapore Institute of Technology on quantum algorithms for supply chain management, and an MBA in Finance and Data Analytics at IIT Patna. He has also completed an Executive Development Programme in Operations Management with Lean Six Sigma at IIM Jammu. He previously held faculty positions at Woxsen University, Presidency University and CHRIST (Deemed to be University), and has over 20 years of experience in academia and industry R&D. His research interests include artificial intelligence, natural language processing, business analytics, and generative and agentic AI for business. He holds two published patents and has published in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals. He is a book editor for Bentham Science Publishers, a reviewer for the International Journal of Speech Technology, and a regular resource person for Faculty Development Programmes on AI.
