Dr. Triveni Lal Pal is an accomplished academic and researcher in Computer Science and Engineering with more than 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Computing Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur and has qualified GATE in 2010 and 2013 and UGC-NET in 2012 and 2013. Over the course of his academic career, he has been associated with reputed institutions including NIT Hamirpur, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Chandigarh University, P.S.I.T. Kanpur, and Galgotias University.His research interests include Natural Language Processing, semantic representation and embedding learning, Large Language Models, hallucination in AI, transfer and continual learning, Agentic AI, and Small Language Models. His doctoral research focused on enhancing semantic representation of long word-sequence embeddings using neural network techniques. He has published research papers in international journals and conferences and contributed chapters to books published by reputed academic publishers including Wiley and IGI Global. He has also served as a reviewer for international journals and conferences, chaired technical sessions at international conferences, and contributed to academic and institutional development through accreditation activities, curriculum and examination processes, student mentoring, project supervision, and the organization of conferences, workshops, and training programmes.
