Dr. Zia Zehra Zaidi is a Soft Skills Trainer at the Centre for Career Services, IILM University, Greater Noida, with over 15 years of experience in academia, research, industry, and student development. She has previously served as an Assistant Professor at reputed institutions, including GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, ABES Engineering College, and MGM College of Engineering and Technology. Dr. Zaidi holds a Ph.D. in Management with research focused on Corporate Social
Responsibility and socially responsible products. She also holds an MBA in International Business & Marketing and a B.Tech. in Biotechnology from Amity University. She has published research papers in reputed ABDC-listed, Springer, and Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, authored book chapters, and holds multiple published patents. She is currently pursuing the Executive Development
Programme in Operations Management & Lean Six Sigma from IIM Jammu and is a certified Soft Skills – Train the Trainer from the National Institute of Skills Training (NIST), New Delhi.
