Hari Saroop is an Assistant Professor at IILM University with a unique blend of academic and industry experience spanning over five years. Before transitioning to academia, he worked as a Salesforce Developer, where he gained hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and enterprise application development. This industry exposure enables him to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, enriching the learning experience for his students.
His areas of expertise include Cloud Computing, Automata Theory and Compiler Design, and Data Science. He is passionate about mentoring students through project-based learning, industrial-oriented mini projects, and skill development initiatives that prepare them for successful careers in the technology sector. Mr. Saroop actively promotes academia-industry collaboration by organizing expert lectures, industrial visits, and technology-focused workshops. He has also contributed providing students with enhanced opportunities for experiential learning and professional growth.
In addition to teaching, he has published research in the field of wireless communication, with papers focusing on interference management in LTE-Advanced heterogeneous networks.
