Manjit Kumbhakar is a Computer Science professional and postgraduate from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, with a strong academic background and practical industry experience in software development. He qualified the UGC NET 2025 examination in Computer Science for Assistant Professor. He completed his Bachelor’s degree from Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University, Purulia, in 2023, building a strong foundation in computer science, programming, algorithms, and software development. He has gained valuable industry experience with Intellect Design Arena Limited, a leading FinTech organization, where he worked on enterprise-level banking applications and core banking solutions. During his tenure, he contributed to Intellect’s banking technology platforms and worked on software modules involving frontend development, backend services, REST APIs, database operations, validation, and enterprise application workflows. His experience includes working with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle, PL/SQL, and RESTful APIs, providing him with practical exposure to the development of scalable and secure software solutions for the banking and financial technology domain. His technical expertise spans Java, Python, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, database management, and full-stack development.
He also possesses a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, and Machine Learning fundamentals. His strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking is complemented by a keen interest in solving programming and algorithmic challenges. His technical interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Full-Stack Development, Backend Development, Database Management, Software Engineering, and enterprise technology solutions. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, he is actively engaged in teaching programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and core computer science subjects. He is also involved in mentoring students and designing practical, application-oriented learning experiences. With a combination of academic knowledge and industry exposure, he aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world technology, helping
students develop strong technical foundations, problem-solving abilities, and industry-relevant skills.
