Vinay Priy Mishra is an academician and researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering, with over 11 years of experience in higher education. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, where he also acts as the University SPOC for NPTEL and MOOC courses, actively promoting digital learning and national-level online certification initiatives.

He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the Centre for Advanced Studies, Lucknow. His research focuses on AI-driven healthcare systems, particularly drug–target interaction and drug–drug interaction prediction. He has published research papers in reputed international journals and holds three Indian patents in areas including IoT systems, software maintainability, and machine learning-based disease detection.

Beyond teaching and research, he has served as a Training and Placement Coordinator, mentoring students for internships and career opportunities while strengthening industry–academia collaboration. He is passionate about integrating cutting-edge AI concepts with real-world applications, fostering analytical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.
