Ms. Aditi Chakraborty is an M.Tech scholar in Agile Software Engineering at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, and holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Asansol Engineering College. Her academic background, combined with industry experience, has provided her with a strong foundation in software engineering and contemporary computing practices.

Her areas of academic and professional interest include Software Engineering, Enterprise Software Development, Backend Systems, Database Management, Web Technologies, and Agile Software Development. She has gained practical industry experience through her association with Stryker, where she contributed to the development and maintenance of enterprise applications and workflow-based systems. She has also worked with Anotech Solutions, contributing to application development and implementation.

Her professional experience includes working on workflow management, request processing and tracking, database-driven applications, software testing, debugging, and performance improvement. These experiences have enabled her to develop a practical understanding of software development processes and enterprise application environments.

She was honoured with the “Stryker Superstar Award” for her contribution to enterprise application development. She has also demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by solving more than 200 programming problems on LeetCode and HackerRank.
