She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida, India. She qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and previously served as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, for three years. She also earned an Elite Certificate in the NPTEL Deep Learning course, offered by IIT Kharagpur, demonstrating her strong foundation in advanced deep learning techniques.
Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Speech Emotion Recognition, and Audio Signal Processing. Her research focuses on developing robust and interpretable AI models by integrating handcrafted and deep learning-based features, ensemble learning techniques, feature selection methods, and explainable AI approaches.
She has authored and co-authored several research papers published in reputed Elsevier and Springer journals and has presented her research at various national and international conferences. Her contributions primarily focus on multilingual speech emotion recognition, feature fusion, generative AI, and interpretable machine learning, with an emphasis on developing transparent and reliable AI solutions for real-world applications.
