Ms. Neelam Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida. She is also pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, from Bennett University, Greater Noida. She holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and an MCA, along with extensive experience in teaching, research, student mentoring, academic coordination, and technology consulting.

Her academic and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, container scheduling, cloud computing, edge-cloud computing, predictive resource management, and intelligent scheduling systems.Her current research focuses on developing AI-driven and learning-based solutions for efficient resource scheduling .

Before joining IILM University, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Lloyd Business School, where she mentored students, and contributed to academic and curriculum-development activities.She also brings valuable corporate experience from her role as a Technology Consultant at Zyne Solution Pvt. Ltd., where she contributed to the development of practical, cost-effective business solutions.

Her academic experience includes teaching and guiding student projects, mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate learners, and contributing to curriculum development. Passionate about teaching, research, and emerging technologies, she strives to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications while encouraging innovation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving among students. She values continuous learning, collaborative engagement, and preparing students for evolving professional and technological challenges.
