Prakriti Rao is a dedicated educator, researcher, and academic achiever with a strong foundation in Economics and Education. Based in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a deep commitment to fostering critical thinking, policy awareness, and student empowerment.

Prakriti holds dual master’s degrees — an M.A. in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an M.Ed. from Raja Balwant Singh College affiliated with Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University. She also earned her B.Ed. from Smt. B.D. Jain Girls P.G. College and completed her undergraduate studies (B.Com) at Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar College under University of Delhi. Throughout her academic journey, she secured first division marks and maintained a record of consistent scholastic distinction.

In June 2025, Prakriti qualified the UGC-NET examination with an outstanding 99.34 percentile, earning eligibility for Assistant Professorship and Ph.D. admission. She has also qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and cleared the written examination of the UPSC Combined Defence Services (CDS), reflecting her discipline, analytical rigor, and dedication to national-level competitive excellence.

Professionally, Prakriti served as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Economics at T.C. Chandra Inter College, where she taught senior secondary students and designed curriculum-aligned lesson plans. Known for promoting inquiry-based and participative learning environments, she integrates debates, discussions, and real-world case analysis into her pedagogy to nurture analytical and independent thinkers.

As a researcher, Prakriti engages deeply with contemporary socio-economic and policy issues. Her published works include research on the Israel–Palestine conflict and its economic implications for India, and a critical analysis of the New Education Policy (NEP 2020) with special reference to teacher education. She has presented papers at national and international seminars, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions on geopolitics, education reform, and cultural studies. She has also completed specialized training in SPSS-based educational and psychometric data analysis, strengthening her empirical research capabilities.

Beyond academics, Prakriti has held leadership roles such as Head of the Content Department at the Commerce Society of her college. She holds an NCC B Certificate (Army Wing) and has completed the Special Introductory Course of India Scout and Guide, Uttar Pradesh, reflecting her commitment to discipline, service, and youth leadership.
