Before joining IILM University, Greater Noida, Renu Devi was a Research Scholar at the NIT, Kurukshetra, where she pursued her Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Finance. She obtained her MBA in Finance and Business Analytics from Kurukshetra University. She qualified UGC-NET in Management and UGC-NET in Commerce.

Her research interests include ESG, sustainability reporting, earnings management, financial reporting, and corporate governance.

She has published research in Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal (ABDC-A, ABS-2, Scopus Q1, Web of Science; Impact Factor: 7.4), Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility (ABDC-B, ABS-2, Scopus Q1, Web of Science; Impact Factor: 5.3), and Journal of Global Responsibility (ABDC-C, Scopus Q1; Impact Factor: 3.9).”
