
Assistant Professor
Shivanshu Shahi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IILM University, Greater Noida. With over three years of teaching experience in higher education, he is committed to delivering quality education through an interactive, student-centered, and industry-oriented teaching approach. He strives to inspire students to build strong technical foundations, enhance analytical thinking, and develop problem-solving skills while fostering innovation and lifelong learning.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, and an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow.
His teaching and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Java Programming, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Cyber Security.
He has presented research papers at prestigious international conferences, including ICAICS-2025, where he presented “Explainable Artificial Intelligence: A Survey on Techniques, Ethical Principles, and Emerging Trends,” and GTSS-2026 at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur, where he presented “Comparative Implementation and Evaluation of LIME, SHAP, Grad-CAM, and Integrated Gradients on Tabular and Medical Imaging Datasets.”
He is dedicated to promoting academic excellence through quality teaching, research, and student mentorship. His objective is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with the knowledge, practical skills, and ethical values required to excel in the rapidly evolving field of computer science.
